By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the listed terms of service. If any of these terms and conditions are broken, you will be warned or blacklisted.last updated June 2022

i. the image

1. I retain all full and exclusive rights to the art and have the right to use the finished commission for self promotion (upload to social media/my portfolio), unless the client specifies otherwise. The client is the owner of the picture, but may not claim it as their own work or use it for commercial use.2. The client may repost the artwork as long as I am credited. This can be in the form of a link to my social media or a watermark on the image.3. I have the right to decline any commission. Please refer to my will/won't draw on the commissions information page to see what will most likely be declined.4. Commissioned pieces are for personal use only, meaning that the client may not resell my artwork or use it in printed merchandise or promotion of goods. PNG-Tuber commissions can be used on streams/videos/icons/headers such as Twitch, Youtube, etc. but cannot be used on commercial merchandise. Creation of merchandise for personal use is OK.5. Altering/referencing/tracing my artwork without permission is not allowed. This does not include cropping or resizing the image for icons/headers. If you want something to be edited, just ask for permission or I may even do it myself.6. No physical product will be shipped to the commissioner. All commissioned artworks are digital products.

ii. commission process and payment information

1. Submit a form, and after I approve I will contact you to confirm your slot. After doing so, I will send you an invoice through PayPal.2. After receiving the initial 50% payment, I will begin the sketch. I will send you the finished sketch WIP for your approval, and you can request revisions during this stage. Large revisions are only permitted during the sketch phase.3. I complete the piece and send to the commissioner for approval. During this stage minor edits can be made.4. Once you have approved the final image, I will send you another invoice for the remaining 50% of payment. When I have received the full payment, I will send you the finished commission through email.5. Completion time will vary from days to a month per work after receiving initial payment. I will try to complete commissions as soon as possible but please understand I am a full-time university student as well and may have other commitments. If there is a deadline you would like me to meet, please let me know in advance and if it is possible it will cost you no additional fee. If it is likely not possible I will tell you so and from there it is up to you whether to commission me or not. I do not do rush fees.6. In the occurrence of cancellations, money will be returned in relation to state of completion. For example, if 50% of the commission is complete, then I will refund 50% of the payment back to you. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.7. If you would like to pay using another method (e.g. Ko-fi), please contact me.
